Hope everyone has enjoyed their Easter break.  Just thought we would send you this VERY IMPORTANT information about the term ahead!

St Georges Day Parade

SUNDAY 23^rd APRIL- We will be on parade in Knowle and then to church.    Please see accompanying letter.

Global Challange

This term one of the areas we are looking at is the global challenge, this means looking at the environment- both nature and the world, peoples different beliefs and ways of living amongst other things.

Olton Friary

We have been lucky enough to arrange a visit to Olton Friary, St Bernards Rd, Solihull, on Tuesday 16^th May.  Our meeting will be at the usual times but we will be meeting on the car park of Olton Friary.

Crafts

Fathers Days coming up and we will be building balsa wood gliders at camp.  Maybe we will have a competition or two.

Pond Dipping

Time to get those wellies out again!  This will take place on Tuesday 6^th June at our usual times.  Cubs will need to wear their normal uniform.

Half Term

Unfortunately Baggy won’t be doing any fun days until the summer holidays as she is going into hospital on April 24^th and won’t be able to help for a while.

Camp at Broadwater 1^st-2^nd July

Its that time again!  We are off on camp to sunny Broadwater.  Theres going to be plenty of fun and activities going on.  We are camping this year which will be useful experience ready for moving to scouts. Any extra help available on those days would be much appreciated!

Big News

Planning ahead, there is a County camp taking place on 22^nd-24^th September at Beaudesert near Cannock Chase, which we want to take the cubs to.  We will keep you updated as we find out more.
